Custom Made Hoses While You Wait
We offer custom made, “while-you-wait,” hose assembly in both the Hempstead and Oakdale locations. With extensive inventories in each store, we can quickly identify and make your required hose assembly in minutes. We are happy to announce that both locations are now open from 8AM-12PM on SATURDAYS
Hose Kitting: To ease the burden on OEM’s or other large customers with complex orders, we can provide a master kit number with a bill of materials that will show multiple hose assemblies along with fittings and adapters. Each item can be individually tagged or labeled to ensure the correct part is installed in the proper place. Please inquire about our hose kitting services
Dedicated Inventory: Some of our customers buy essential items from us that under normal circumstances we would not stock. If you have an ongoing need for these critical items we can stock them for you, providing peace of mind knowing that your essential inventory is always in stock and close by.
Hose Crimp Equipment sales and On-site Inventory Management: With over 100
crimp machines “in the field,” our salesforce will control and maintain your inventory ensuring that you have the proper hose and fittings in stock at all times. Inventory management is catered to each customer’s needs based on the type of equipment they have and the size of their equipment fleet. Based on the agreed upon stocking levels we can ensure that the items you need are there when you need them. Please inquire about being set up with your own crimping equipment and inventory. Depending on the size of your purchases, you may qualify for discounted or even free crimping machines.
On-site Training: Our knowledgeable sales force can schedule On-Site training for your staff on the topics of hose assembly, use of crimping equipment, explanation of how to choose the proper hose for each particular application, chemical compatibilities, etc. Every sales person we have has spent numerous years working our counter and has hands on experience. In addition, every Moreland Hose employee has been certified in hydraulic hose assembly.
